About Tiphaine
Tiphaine began studying Buddhism in 1989. Spending significant time in Nepal, she studied with teachers who held lineage teachings in all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism. Tiphaine received her undergraduate degree in Comparative Religion from Smith College in 1993 and then went on to receive her Nursing Doctorate from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2000. Tiphaine wore many hats as a nursing doctorate, most recently completing 8 years with the Community Infant Program (CIP) in Boulder, Colorado. Working closely with high-risk families, Tiphaine gained first-hand experience working with intergenerational trauma in the therapeutic environment. It was during this time she learned about the Foundation of the Sacred Stream in Berkeley, California, and the work of Isa Gucciardi, PhD. Tiphaine completed the course work to become a certified Depth Hypnosis Practitioner in June 2019. In September of 2019, Tiphaine also became a Minister registered with the Foundation of the Sacred Stream. In December of 2019, Tiphaine received her certificate in Applied Shamanic Counseling. Holding Level 3 training in both Healing Touch and Reiki as well, Tiphaine strives to customize her work with individuals to support each person to live fully with a sense of vitality and integration, resiliency and buoyancy.
